Equality is about ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents. It is also the belief that no one should have poorer life chances because of the way they were born, where they come from, what they believe, or whether they have a disability. Equality recognizes that historically certain groups of people with protected characteristics such as race, disability, sex and sexual orientation have experienced discrimination.
The rights of everyone is very important. It shows how the everyone unites. The opportunities must be open to all not only for the men and women also the LGBTQ community wherein in this community, they suffer discrimination in all aspects. They don't have the freedom to choose what they want, the things that they want to do were blocked. The opportunities that the normal men and women are not equal to the LGBTQ because there are some works that they are not accepting them.
